The barricade at Amity and Barry once again has been battered. I guess it is possible it was the wind on Sunday afternoon, but judging by what is left of the barricade, there is a vehicle somewhere in need of a body shop.

The Bids for Barry Road were opened at 2:00pm today.
The engineers estimate (and budgeted amount) was $16.5 Million and the low bid was $13.5 Million.

Any hope of penalty clauses for delays or bonuses (like maybe the 3 million below the estimate) for early completion?
PS: lots of flags and stakes on Amity as well as the poles and wires noted earlier
